Good Morning and welcome to another Saturday Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!
Are you ready for another fun and krafty challenge to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing?
We've got some fabulous ideas for you and can't wait to see what you create!
This week, Krafty Girl Melany is your hostess and her challenge for you is to "Use your favourite colour combo."

Well everyone knows my favourite colour combo is Maple Leaf blue & white!! Winter doesn't seem quite the same without cheering for my Leafs ....
I've used the super cute "Ice, Ice, Baby" stamp set and coloured up my hockey player with Copic E35, E37, E39 & E49. His Leaf jersey & hat is B93, B95, B97 and B99. Gloves, stick & pompom are with N0, N2, N5. Image and sentiment are stamped in wicked black Kraftin' Kimmie ink.
Don't forget some awesome Kraftin' Kimmie dots for some ice sparkle.
Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.
These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and products will earn you double entries!
The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!
Woohoo! There are two ways to enter: you can link up your creation on the Kraftin' Kimmie blog page and you can upload your photo to the album in our Krafty Friends FB group.
Also, if you need a little extra inspiration or a jump start to your mojo, we have a new sketch each month!

It's January and that means it's time for a brand new SKRAPPY CHALLENGE with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!
The theme, of course, is ANYTHING BUT A CARD! I decided to make a gift bag with matching tissue wrap.
The cute Zoodles stamp set was the perfect set to create this fun gift bag. I random stamped all the critters onto both the plain white gift bag & white tissue paper, with Lovely Lagoon, Yummy Yellow, Morning Marigold, Soft Sage & Marvelous Mocha, and a few of the sentiments with wicked black Kraftin' Kimmie Inks. These beautiful inks are a dream to work with - both to stamp and blend.
For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards....whatever you like!
Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation! As soon as we have at least five people playing along, we'll be giving away a $10 gift voucher to the krafty shop as the monthly prize!
You have until Monday, February 1st to enter and you can submit as many new creations as you like for more chance to WIN! Also be sure to share your designs on the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps' Krafty Friends facebook page because we love to see your stuff!

The first challenge of the year is "Gold".
I used O Holy Night stamp set stamped in wicked black ink and added embossed sentiment and star with embossing around the edge. For more gold I've used gold shimmer gems, gold shimmer brush splatters, gold glitter paper and gold cardstock.

Happy New Year and welcome to another fabulous and fun Saturday Challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!
Are you ready for another fun and krafty challenge to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing?Every month over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps, the challenge is to complete anything but a card. This month my project was a box to hold my cards.
I used the cute set Snail Mail from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps and coloured in my scene. The box will hold standard A2 cards. Best part is the top piece can be peeled off and placed on a card base to send to someone special.
Measurements for the box - bottom is 7 3/4" x 9" - scored at 1 1/2" on all sides. On the long side cut the score line up to the point where they connect from short side. Top is 6 78" x 8 1/8" - scored at 1" on all sides. Again on the long side cut the score line up to the point where it connects to short side. Add score tape on all flaps and turn in to form the box.

The challenge over at Kraftin' Kimmie this week is to use Black & White (or Sepia) in your project. Sounds simple, but that urge to add just a pop of colour is tough.
After finishing the die cut the negative space was staring at me so I popped it onto black cardstock to create a second card. Didn't want to waste the perfect cut.
This time I backed on cardstock, and again the cute elephants and black dots to finish off the card.
I'm ready to send out my thank you cards.
