USE CHIPBOARD!

This is such a fun challenge - & with the Krafty add-on bundles each month you've got choices.

I used the presents from the chipboard included in the August add-on bundle and paper pieced with Photo Play Tulla & Norbert Christmas Party.  This is such fun & bright paper.  I used Cosmic Shimmer (also from the add-on bundle) on the ribbons of each present. 

I inked up the cute mouse from "Mice Christmas" in Kraftin' Kimmie Wicked Black ink & coloured with copics.  

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

The monthly prize is a $25 voucher to the Krafty shop!!!

This little mouse from Too Cute to Spook is ready to trick or treat for some candy!!  The image and sentiments are stamped in Wicked Black ink, and coloured with Copic markers.  

Love the wee pumpkins, candy corn and wrapped candy as sweet embellishments for this slimline card.  

A few spooky shaker elements to finish it off.

October Release Hop

  Woohoo!!!

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our October Release that are NOW available in the

 Frosty Fun with a fun fold card.  

I've stamped the image & sentiment with Kraftin' Kimmie Wicked Black ink and coloured scene and images with Copic markers.  These two cuties are having snow much fun building their snowman.  

The fun fold creates a 1" fold to the left so you can add twine & embellishments.  I've used the snowflake and glittery gems on the front of the card.

The inside of the card mimics the front with another awesome sentiment from Frosty Fun.  You can see when the card is opened the fold makes the inside a square card.  Super cute fun fold.

Narly Dude

   Today is our final day of Krafty Peeks for the October Release

 at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We have another fabulous Arctic animal set to share today! These jolly narwhals are ready to send out amazing greetings for so many different occasions!

Narly Dude with the cute "unicorn of the sea".  Yes I had to look it up!  

I wanted to try a new fold & found this "shutter card".  It's super fun to put together and when you open it up you get a different image in the shutter.

Great sentiments to send to someone who needs reminding how extraordinary they are!!  

Simple embellishments of loose sequins (available in the add-on bundle), stickers & twine from my stash!

Frosty Fun

  Welcome back to Day TWO of our October Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Sabrina van Vloten

 and it's called.....

FROSTY FUN!

This amazing set features so many sweet animal friends who are bundled up and ready to have lots of frosty fun!!

Oh my goodness this stamp set had me at Fun.  Our chocolate lab, Charlie loves the snow and even more he loves catching snowballs.  So, this pup had to be coloured in earth tone Copic markers with a bright red scarf.  He's popped up with foam tape and ready to catch the snowball in the air.  

 The snowflake metal charms,  (attached to the burlap ribbon), the silver sparkly adhesive dots & the Neuvo paste used on the card are all a part of the add on bundle for October.  

On my card I've used the Neuvo paste through the Sweet Snowflakes stencil to create a snowy, sparkly background for the pup.

  Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?!

It's time for our October Release Peeks to begin 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today's featured set is an adorable icy Arctic set 

designed by Neda Sadreddin

 and it's called.....
PUFFINS & PALS!

These sweet puffins and their chilly friends are going to make you smile with their cute faces and awesome sentiments!

Oh my goodness these strutting Puffins just make me laugh.  Each image and sentiment is stamped with Kraftin' Kimmie Wicked Black Ink and the image coloured with Copic markers.  

I fussy cut each image & popped up on the card with foam tape.

A few black gems, available in the add-on bundle, for embellishments.

I've decorated the inside of the card to match the outside and used another awesome sentiment!!

Witches & Wizards

Welcome to another week at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.  Each Monday a new sketch is revealed and you are invited to play along!!

Ready for the sketch?  

I was super excited to break open a brand new pack of Echo Park - Witches & Wizards 2 and Wizard Brads from Eyelet Outlet.  What better stamp set to use than Make your own Magic from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.  I was feeling the Harry Potter vibe, especially with the scarf & wand brads!!  

I stamped the monkey wizard image on Neenah solar white cardstock with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Wicked Black Ink, and coloured with Copic markers.  The patterned paper was matted on saffron cardstock, with edges ink distressed using Mellow Mustard ink from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.  Sentiment tag was then double matted on gold glitter paper.  A few gold glitter gems and decorated envelope to finish off the sketch.

Anything but a Card - snowflakes

    Good morning krafty friends!

It's October and that means it's time for a brand new
SKRAPPY CHALLENGE

with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

 The theme of course is ANYTHING BUT A CARD!

For this challenge you can make anything that strikes your fancy....except a card!
So design a new scrapbook page, bookmark, tag, altered item, planner page, art journal, ATC cards...whatever you like!

Here are just a few samples from the Krafty Design team to inspire you!!

I've had these large snowflakes in my stash for a tad while always wondering what to do with them.  They seemed a bit large for a card or scrapbook page so they sat unused.  

Anything but a card Skrappy Challenge inspired me to go thru my stash to see what I could use and voila the snowflakes became ornaments!!  

Shake it Up provided the penguin and the reindeer which were stamped on a 1 1/4" circle in Wicked Black ink.  I coloured with copic markers and used Sandy Shores and Wicked Black to ink distress the edges of the circles.

Just make sure to include some Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps products and make sure it's a new creation!  As soon as we have at least five people playing along, we'll be giving away a $10 gift voucher to the krafty shop as the monthly prize!  

You have until Monday, November 1st to enter, and you can submit as many new creations as you like for more chances to WIN!  Also be sure to share your designs on the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps' Krafty Friends facebook page because we love to see your stuff!

IN A STITCH! 

Add real or faux stitching!

I've used Holiday Wishes stamp set and heat embossed in gold.  Patterned paper is from Naughty or Nice (Coutoure Creations) and is stitched with gold embellishment thread, and ink distressed with Sandy Shores Kraftin Kimmie ink.  A few gold glitter gems & a decorated envelope finishes off this project.
